Missy is a great agent with a lovely personality and went far and beyond to help me get the house and the deal I wanted. We were in a bind as we needed to sell my late brother’s condo. We are from KC and knew no real estate agents in St. Louis. Missy was referred to us and we could not have been more pleased. Her advice and counsel on price and needed improvements were spot on. We spent about $8000 in upgrades and probably got at least a 60% return on that investment. Indeed, we sold the condo for a modest premium to the list price. More important than all this, Missy was there for us to do the small things that we would have normally done had we lived in St. Louis. She went the extra mile for us despite it being a relatively modest sale…less than $100K. Again, Missy was a true professional and we have no reservations recommending her to anyone.

December 2019 Since we were new to Missouri, Missy was extremely patient with us while we found the style of home and neighborhood locations that we liked.
